"To heal is to touch with love that which we have previously touched with fear"

(Stephen Levine)

My own search for healing, self-awareness and freedom led me to experience the power of touch, in the form of healing and massage. I was so inspired by their positive and transformative effect on my physical, emotional and spiritual health that I changed career and have dedicated my life work to understand the deep connection between mind and body ability of all of us to become our own healer.
I have worked professionally as a therapist for over 20 years and during that time have developed a unique style of healing, which is deeply transformative and interweaves all that I have learnt and integrated within myself. I have trained in Healing, Craniosacral therapy, Yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu, and have found that these more subtle approaches facilitate a deep positive change. My treatments are integrative and are adapted for each client, to help them utilise their own healing capacity more deeply.

I currently practice in Norwich, Norfolk and Uxbridge, West London and run a low cost clinic in Norwich for people requiring long term support. I specialise in supporting those with chronic health conditions as well as those suffering from emotional trauma, such as loss, anxiety, PTSD etc. I also teach yoga regularly in Uxbridge at Nuffield Stockley Park and on zoom for Goldster, a company supporting healthy aging and preventing dementia and other age related conditions, I have previously worked at a clinic specialising in ME / Chronic Fatigue at the Healthy Living Centre, London and have also worked at the 7th July Assistance Centre, helping those involved in the terrorist attacks in London and around the world. I have completed specialist training in Trauma skills with Franklin Sills and Peter Levine, worked with Hugh Milne and attend Jin Shin Jyustu trainings regularly to keep my skills updated and expansive. I have completed 500 hours of yoga training, and teach on ISHTA teacher training courses in London. I have also trained in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and other therapeutic forms of yoga. In my own practice, I am inspired by more holistic approaches to yoga, especially Scaravelli, and work regularly with John Stirk and Gary Carter. I continue to seek inspiration from my spiritual teachers, as well as developing my inner guidance, and my passion for meditation and yoga helps me to sustain the peace and freedom I have discovered along my journey. Other passions include being in nature, animals, sustainable living, swimming in the sea and devotional singing.

I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Acupressure Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Spiritual and Shamanic Healing, Jin Shin Jyutsu. I am fully qualified, insured and supervised in my work and continue to participate in courses to update and refine my skills. I am a 500 hours qualified yoga teacher. I completed my 200 hour training with Yogacampus and then went into do 300 hours advanced training with ISHTA. I now teach on both the 200 and 300 hour ISHTA teacher training courses in London.

I have a deep understanding and respect for the body, mind and spirit, and their interconnection, and offer healing and intuitive touch in a supportive and safe environment.
